Client Coaching & Personal Development Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms for coaching, personal development and related services provided by Soul Purpose Academy Pty Ltd.
1. Services
Soul Purpose Academy Pty Ltd provides coaching, personal development guidance, behavioural education, training and related support services to individuals and organisations.
Services may include:
Coaching sessionsPersonal development programs
Behavioural insight and self-awareness training
Workshops or webinars
Educational materials or workbooks
Services may be delivered in person, by phone, online (including video platforms), or through digital programs.
2. Nature of Services
Coaching and personal development services are intended to support self-awareness, personal insight and growth.
These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric or legal advice.
Clients should seek appropriate professional support if required.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that they are fully responsible for:
Their own decisions, actions and resultsApplying insights or tools provided during coaching
Their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing
Personal growth requires active participation and commitment. Results cannot be guaranteed.
4. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be provided prior to booking or program commencement.
Payment terms may include:
Payment in advance of sessions or programsPayment plans where agreed
Online payment through secure payment systems
Services may not be confirmed until payment has been received where applicable.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, at least 24 hours notice is requested.
Where sufficient notice is not provided, the session may be forfeited or charged in full.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Soul Purpose Academy Pty Ltd, including workbooks, exercises, training materials and program content, remain the intellectual property of the company.
These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed or shared without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Soul Purpose Academy Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from participation in coaching, training or personal development programs.
Clients participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for their personal outcomes.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in coaching or programs with Soul Purpose Academy Pty Ltd, the client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to this agreement.
