Workshop, Training & Event Booking Terms
Soul Purpose Academy Pty Ltd
These terms apply to bookings for workshops, seminars, training sessions, retreats and related events.
1. Bookings
Bookings may be made through:
Website registration
Email confirmation
Direct organisational agreement
Bookings are confirmed once payment (where required) has been received.
2. Payment
Fees for workshops, training programs or events will be provided prior to booking.
Payment may be required:
In full prior to attendance
Via invoice for organisational bookings
Through online payment platforms
3. Cancellations
For individual bookings:
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to an event may receive a refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may not be refundable.
For organisational bookings, cancellation terms may be agreed in writing.
4. Changes to Events
Soul Purpose Academy Pty Ltd reserves the right to:
Reschedule events if necessary
Change venue or delivery method (e.g., in-person to online)
Substitute facilitators where required
Participants will be notified as soon as possible if changes occur.
5. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful and supportive learning environment.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from an event without refund.
6. Personal Responsibility
Workshops and training events may involve reflective exercises and discussions related to personal development.
Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and participation during these activities.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Soul Purpose Academy Pty Ltd is not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in workshops, training or events.
8. Photography and Materials
Training materials provided during events remain the intellectual property of Soul Purpose Academy Pty Ltd.
Participants may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.
Photography may occasionally occur at events for promotional purposes. Participants may request not to appear in such material.
